All Star Cheerleading is a sport that combines elements of gymnastics tumbling, dance, acrobatics, and traditional cheerleading skills such as jumps and arm motions.

Teams consist of up to 36 athletes performing exciting, professionally choreographed 2 1/2 minute routines set to music.

All Star teams are purely competitive and do not perform any traditional team support or crowd leading duties for sports teams or schools. The Lake County Diamonds do cheer and perform at local parades and events and are committed to community service.

Teams travel extensively to regional and national competitions hosted by professional cheer companies such as; JAMZ, Hit Cheer and Dance, CHEERSPORT, United Spirit Association, and Golden State Spirit Association.

Teams are set up by age group and there are options to fit every athlete. Teams also compete at specific difficulty levels ranging from level 1 for beginners up to level 5 for the most advanced. Currently, only our cheer participants compete. Those who attend tumbling classes do not have to compete as cheerleaders and do not attend gymnastics competitions.
